Precision Moisture Testing is a leading provider of independent and unbiased concrete moisture testing and reporting, utilizing the latest available testing instruments and equipment. Our services include data logging for in-situ concrete slab relative humidity, temperature readings, and other critical values over a defined timeframe.
Our mission is to deliver objective, reliable, and impartial concrete moisture testing to general contractors, flooring dealers, flooring contractors, architectural and design firms, as well as end users. We serve a wide range of flooring moisture testing clients, with a focus on government and school district flooring projects as well.

SERVICES
Precision Moisture Testing (in most cases) provides same-day independent Concrete Moisture (RH) Testing in accordance with ASTM F2170 standards, as well as Alkalinity Testing per ASTM F710 standards, including Trending, Data Logging, and Reporting. We do NOT sell or endorse moisture mitigation products, nor do we offer moisture mitigation services. This commitment ensures that our moisture readings remain impartial, fostering trust and transparency with our clients. This is particularly crucial for projects involving government agencies and school districts. Additionally, Calcium Chloride tests are available upon request.
